Please read and familiarize yourself with all instructions prior to starting

Slide the front brake drum bushing/wheel spacer (it's the one with the larger hole) onto the front axle stub.

Install axle adapters to each front brass stub axle by hand. These are the adapters with the small threaded rod installed on one end. Tighten firmly. (If you wish you can gently use pliers to final tighten)

Slide on a brake drum (all four are the same)
Slide on the wheel assembly, making sure the brake drum is still properly in place.
Install the knock-off and lightly tighten.

Slide the rear brake drum bushing/wheel spacer (these have the small hole) onto the rear axle threaded rod. These just slide on and sit against the axle nut.
Install adapters to each rear wheel by hand. These are the brass adapters that are drilled and threaded on both ends. Caution - The threads on each side are different. One side is metric, the other side is American. The metric threads are finer and are threaded onto the axle shaft. The American threads are coarser and face to the knock off. (Try threading the knock off in on each side gently to find out which is which) Tighten firmly. (If you wish you can gently use pliers to help here) )
Slide on a brake drum (all four are the same)
Slide on the wheel assembly, making sure the brake drum is still properly in place.
Install the knock-off and lightly tighten.
That's it! Enjoy!
